Do I need experience in coworking?
No. Experience in hospitality, real estate or running a business helps, but we train you and your team on the concept, the products and the way we host.
What kind of building are you looking for?
A central, easy to reach building or floor with natural light and room for private offices, desks and meeting rooms. Don't have a location yet? We can look for one together.
Which cities and countries are open?
We focus on growing in the Netherlands and Spain first, and we are open to strong partners in other European cities. Tell us where you are and we'll talk it through.
How long does it take to open?
It depends mostly on the building and local permits. In the location and plan step we draw up a realistic timeline together.
What investment is needed?
That depends on the size and condition of the building. We share the full picture of the model, including the numbers, in a personal conversation.
Can I become a shareholder of YOUNG?
